General
Gameplay
Maze of Mazes lives up to its title, being 9 small mazes all weaved into one large map. Maze of Mazes does not have linear gameplay; each maze may contain multiple exits, each leading into a new maze.
- The first maze requires the player to find a button in order to open a path to a new maze.
- The water maze requires the player to climb up and down pillars of water.
- The ladder maze requires the player to climb through several floors of pathways via ladders.
- The spruce maze is a typical 2D maze, in which the player has to find an exit the old fashioned way.
- The door maze functions similarly to maps such as Soar's Doormaze, using iron doors and pressure plates in order to create one-way hallways.
- The darkness maze requires the player to roam around rooms in low visibility.
- The ice maze combines many different maze elements, but its main focus revolves around the player taking water tunnels to reach different sections.
- The temple maze requires the player to run through small corridors.
- The overgrown maze requires the player to roam cave-like hallways.
