The Beep Factory is a pure parkour map by ManWithRaft, Hoi_A, derNiklaas, and marbou9 that rewards 4 FFA Points when completed. Use "/join beep" to join the map directly.
General
Story
You are a hire testing out the Beep Test while it is undergoing scheduled maintenance. Mr. Boss puts you through testing the new course.
Gameplay
The Beep Factory takes the player through several different sections of standard parkour. As the player progresses, slime jumps and timed donut jumps are introduced.
Aesthetics
The map starts with a similar aesthetic to the Beep Test area, with some changes like the Receptionist's office added in. The parkour areas are also stylized like the Beep Test courses with large lanes made of smooth stone, redstone lamps, concrete, and parkour made of the different colored platforms used in the test itself.
Events
The Beep Factory was made for Mapjam 2022, where it placed third.
Challenges
This map is featured in 5 challenges: 2022 Assortment, Pure Pain Marathon - Deluxe, They're Watching, Hexa Chapter III: New Heights, and Hexa.
Trivia
- There is different dialogue Mr. Boss says at the end depending on how well the player performs. Dying over 20 times leads to termination, dying less than 20 times leads to a normal ending, and finding all secrets leads to becoming Employee of the Month.
- Several of the admins reference their own maps, with some of the more obscure ones being Shpeckly with Fissure and Autre with Broadway.
