General[edit]
Gameplay[edit]
The map tasks the player with visiting several different points of interest in the Egghunt 2 open world. Players can click question mark player heads to view their progress.
Aesthetics[edit]
The map takes place in a large valley with grassy landscapes, tall trees and mushrooms, several medieval style buildings made of spruce and dark oak, and air vehicles like the central ship and flying egg baskets.
Events[edit]
Egghunt 2 was used as the open world area for Egg Hunt 2.0/Egghunt 2020, running from April 13th to April 20th 2020. It was then brought back as a standalone map.
Map Series[edit]
Egghunt 2 has a sequel open world, Egghunt 3.
Cosmetics[edit]
During the 2020 Egghunt event, completing tasks in the Egghunt 2 open world rewarded three different cosmetics:
- The Bunny Hat for finding 10% of the eggs.
- The Golden Egg Hat for finding 50% of the eggs.
- The Eggspert Title for finding all of the eggs.
Currently, none of these cosmetics are obtainable.
Challenges[edit]
This map is featured in 3 challenges: 2024 Assortment, Glorious Expedition, and Hexa.
Trivia[edit]
- Egghunt 2 also ran alongside a team vs. team competition called the Compeggtition.
- During a call to build large eggs for the event, the Ricky Egg was created.
