The Minotaur's Labyrinth is a pure maze map by Bureine and Tetration. It rewards 7 FFA Points upon completion, and can be joined directly using “/c join mtl”.
General[edit]
Gameplay[edit]
This map is a simplistic 2D maze with high walls and wide pathways. Its shape is one enormous circle, with smaller circles, evenly scaled and spaced, on the inside. Those smaller circles are broken up and have many other walls between them forming the maze.
Aesthetics[edit]
A ruins-esque pallete of moss stone, mossy stone bricks, acacia leaves, and acacia wood is mixed into the entire maze. The ground contains a mix of grass, coarse dirt, and green terracotta, with grass (the plant) growing on it.
Challenges[edit]
This map is featured in four challenges: Intermediate Maze Pack, Maze Competition Trials 2018, 2018 Assortment, and Hexa.
Trivia[edit]
- The Minotaur's Labyrinth was submitted for the 2018 Maze Competition, placing third.
- There was originally supposed to be a Minotaur chasing you in the maze, hence the name, but it was removed due to it not being able to trace players correctly through walls.
