Doodle Jump is a pure parkour map by Causland. It previously rewarded 4 FFA Points upon completion, but does not now as it is in the Valley.
General[edit]
Gameplay[edit]
This map is an extremely tall box with few platforms that players must make their way to the top of. Players must use rocket pads to jump between these platforms, which shoot them up very high. There are a few spots where the player must land on the rocket pad at an angle to avoid hitting a platform right above them, though this has unfortunately been made harder to do after an update to Minecraft in the past that somehow made the velocity of these rocket pads even greater.
Aesthetics[edit]
All of the walls of this map are made entirely out of white wool, except for one side made of barriers that players can see through into the outside world. The platforms inside Doodle jump are made out of various other colors of wool.
Challenges[edit]
This map is no longer featured in any challenges as it is in the Valley.
Trivia[edit]
- Doodle Jump's title and gameplay are a reference to the platforming video game of the same name, in which you jump on platforms that launch you upwards a long way, much like the map.
- Visible from inside this map are various other maps by Causland, including Park School, the box containing now-valleyed Tarzan, the tall iron block building of Apoco, and the now-valleyed Element Parkour.
