Times
Times are a part of the minr plugin that allow players to speedrun maps. They currently do not give rewards.

Searching for times
To find the times to a map, do /c times map-code or /c times map-name. To look at a page past the first 8 top times (if it exists), do /c times page-# map-code or /c times page-# map-name.
Getting a time
In order to get a time, you have to click the start sign to begin, then hit the points sign at the end of the course. Offline time is also included, so make sure to be uninterrupted if you want to receive a top time. Mid-checkpoint signs are not required to hit for a time, and using green+ commands such as /rocket during a run will invalidate the time.
Time announcing
Once you beat a map, you will be told how long you took, what your previous best is (if there is one), and what ranking your new time is if it exceeds your previous best. If you place 3rd or higher and it's a better rank than you had previously, it will be announced in main chat—yellow for 3rd place, dark gray for 2nd, and gold for 1st. These will only be announced if you didn't already have the rank before the run (e.g. placing 2nd on a map in which you are already 2nd place).
Map Placing Sorting
If you want to sort maps you have beaten by your ranking in them, do /c ffa page-# rank.
Shortcut patching
Due to the nature of some shortcuts and to the decision of the map creator(s), sometimes shortcuts will be patched that make the best times impossible. When this occurs, times that are impossible are removed. If you find a shortcut you believe skips too much of the map and is unintended, report it in the shortcuts subforum.
Example
The player Red wants to get his first world record in the map Mission: Impossible, a heavily parkour-based map It's mapcode is FFA-c-mii. He does /c times Mission Impossible and gets the following list:
1: Turquoise / 0:02:47.174
2: Orange / 0:02:49.098
3: Green / 0:02:49.293
4: Yellow / 0:03:20.657
5: White / 0:03:21.200
6: Pink / 0:03:23.738
7: Purple / 0:03:27.102
8: Gray / 0:04:05.374

Red's first time was horrendous, and did not beat his old time. Red receives this message:
[MCP] You did not beat your old time of 0:05:15.891 with a time of 5:20.712.
On Red's fifteenth run-through it proved much better, and Red received a time of 3:22.982. This message is sent to Red:
[MCP] You beat your old record! Your new time is: 0:03:22.982 (#6).
Red now does /c times FFA-c-mii
1: Turquoise / 0:02:47.174
2: Orange / 0:02:49.098
3: Green / 0:02:49.293
4: Yellow / 0:03:20.657
5: White / 0:03:21.200
6: Red / 0:03:22.982
7: Pink / 0:03:23.738
8: Purple / 0:03:27.102

Finally, after a few days a shortcut is patched, making the top 3 times impossible. Those are removed, and now doing /c times Mission Impossible displays this:
1: Yellow / 0:03:20.657
2: White / 0:03:21.200
3: Red / 0:03:22.982
4: Pink / 0:03:23.738
5: Purple / 0:03:27.102
6: Gray / 0:04:05.374
7: Brown / 0:04:10.682
8: Violet / 0:04:24.119

Trivia
- In some instances you might find a time that is entirely -'s. This is due to a time being removed for that player or simply because they beat the map before the times plugin was in place.
- This also applies to maps beaten in Hardcore, most notably Jiga's Claymaze
