Lab Rats is a two player pure parkour map by MaxLovesFrogs and Scylite that rewards 4 FFA Points when completed. Use "/join lab" to join the map directly.
General
Gameplay
The map tasks two players with parkouring through several different rooms together. Most areas require one player to stand on a plate to extend the jump for the other player to cross, and some sections require simultaneous actions from both players.
There is technically one dropper section with a checkpoint before it in the map, but it is short enough that the map does not have a dropper category tag.
Aesthetics
The map base blocks are mainly white. Rooms are split in half with stained glass, and each room has an accent color unique to it. Some holes in the wall have a mirror effect using glass as well.
Challenges
This map is featured in 3 challenges: 2021 Assortment, Beginner Co-op Pack, and Hexa. It would have been in the Hexa Chapter III: New Heights challenge, but a decision was made to remove co-op maps from hexa-adjacent challenges.
Trivia
- Some armorstands in the map in the mirrors and cryo chamber reference other players on Minr, such as yot_yot5 and Chillers.
