General

Gameplay

World Tour consists of seven sections, each representing a different biome. The map contains no checkpoints, although the only real possibility of death is in repeated fall damage.

Plains: The plains biome consists of jumping around floating glass blocks to reach the top of the biome. The difficulty is low here, but you can fall easily if you don’t watch your head.

Forest: The forest biome starts off with a small search section to find the opening to the tree in the middle. Once inside, you must climb up the walls via ladder parkour.

Taiga: The taiga biome starts off with a drop into water. From there, you must search for the entrance to a snow fort on the left side of the biome. Inside, there are multiple linked ceiling headhitter jumps, eventually leading to the outside of the fort. From there, there’s a bit of floating block parkour to the exit of the biome.

Ocean: The ocean biome contains a short floating block segment on lapis lazuli blocks. The difficulty in this biome is minimal.

Ravine: The ravine biome contains several headhitter jumps, most notably a punishing one near the start.

Desert: Arguably the most tedious section, the desert biome consists of parkour across pillars of sand. It contains several punishing 3+1 and quad jumps that, if failed, would make you have to restart the biome.

Mushroom Island: The mushroom island biome is the final section, and it provides a nice break from the desert. It consists of a few easy jumps to the end of the map.

Aesthetics

Each biome (excluding ravine) is set inside a large glass sphere. Between each biome, there is a wooden bridge containing storytelling signs the player can read for more depth to the map.

Challenges

This map is featured in 3 challenges: 2012 Assortment, Heroic, and Hexa.
