General[edit]

Gameplay[edit]

Water Lilies tasks the player with getting to the other side of a small river. Falling into water will teleport the player either to the start or to the blue bridge in the middle. Although dripleaves are used, they do not droop when stood on like they normally would.

Aesthetics[edit]

The map is based on the painting series by Claude Monet titled Water Lilies. While there are around 250 paintings in the series, the map is inspired by one in particular which can be seen in the map art at the beginning of the map: The Japanese Bridge or The Lily Pond.[1]

The map is mostly nature themed, though many sections of the walls and river use different blocks that are similar to the hues seen in the painting rather than for accuracy.

Challenges[edit]

This map is featured in 1 challenge: Hexa.

Trivia[edit]

  • There is a secret silent NPC of rmanimal hidden in the map.
