City Spawn Head Hunt is a pure search map by Alphaesia. It rewards 12 FFA Points upon completion, and can be joined directly using “/join ss9”.
General[edit]
Gameplay[edit]
The player needs to find all 31 human NPCs in City Spawn to beat the map. The player will automatically be teleported to the end area upon clicking the 31st head. Because the map has death potential, there is a midcheckpoint set to the center of City Spawn that the player can return to with /kill.
Close to half of the NPCs are sitting pretty close to the center area. The other half, however, require more in-depth searching (especially for a select few NPCs).
Aesthetics[edit]
The start of the map passes through the FAQ section used for City Spawn.
The remainder of the map takes place in City Spawn, starting from the central city square. There are five main buildings: the brick and cobblestone style building, the blue and quartz skyscraper, the lapis striped skyscraper, the white and gray highrise, and the yellow and sandstone building. The spawn is mostly contained in a valley, with the four cardinal directions leading to parkour, mazes, puzzles, and Hardcore.
Challenges[edit]
The map is in four challenges: Sightseeing 2020, Sightseeing 2022, Hexa Chapter II: The Renaissance, and Hexa.
Trivia[edit]
- The spawn contains all of the signs and scripts that were in use during the spawn. All of the map join signs had the [Join _] lines changed to [Disabled], however.
- The other three spawn secrets that existed during City Spawn's use are still completable (though they do not give points).
- This map is the first of two maps to convert spawn builds into maps. The other map converted spawn is Lost in the Mail.
