3D maze is a pure maze map by scudz. It rewards 7 FFA Points upon completion, and can be joined directly using “/c join s3d”.
General
Gameplay
This map is a maze contained inside a large stone cube with twisting paths connected by vertical ladder sections. It can be noted that despite the maze not being very large in volume, it's quite compact and difficult to navigate.
Aesthetics
Like many of the server's oldest maps, this maze consists of mostly stone blocks. There are glass blocks on the outer faces of the cube which allow the player to see the icy landscape outside of it.
Challenges
This map is featured in three challenges: 2011 Assortment, The Path of Heroes, and Hexa.
Trivia
- This map was not added to FFA until years after its creation when a user discovered it while exploring.
- 3D Maze was once green difficulty.
