General[edit]
Gameplay[edit]
The map is a one jump style map where each section is built around completing one difficult jump to progress to the next section. Unlike other maps of its kind, Reclaimed Fortress has easier one jumps, placing it in Moderate difficulty. The final one jump is a neup.
Aesthetics[edit]
The map begins in a gray structure made of deepslates, tuff bricks, polished andesite, blackstone, and lanterns. As the player progresses through the map, the environment of each room slowly evolves. After getting through a glass window, the setting changes to a throne room aesthetic with checkered gold floors and glass with lava underneath.
Past the three throne room jumps is a large cave area with dripstone and hanging roots coming from the ceiling. There is a raised ledge surrounding the roof with leaves, cave vines, and zubats on top. Several rock formations jut out made of tuff, dried horn coral blocks, and smooth basalt. The three jumps in the next section have large amounts of polished blackstone bricks and sculk. The final section uses large amounts of sculk and warped planks for the cave.
Sub-Maps[edit]
Reclaimed Fortress serves as the parent map for a secret harder map, Worth.
Challenges[edit]
This map is featured in 2 challenges: Fortress Apprentice and Hexa.
