One Bad Fall is a mixed parkour map with puzzle elements by BeefSour that rewards 7 FFA Points when completed. Use "/join one" to join the map directly.
General[edit]
Story[edit]
The player reaches Devil's Peak, looking to climb the mountain despite a string of disappearances related to it occurring.
Gameplay[edit]
The map begins with a parkour section climbing up the side of the mountain using mostly ladder jumps. The next several sections then use parkour with standard, slime, ladder, and ice jumps in them. After completing the ice ravine parkour, the player must solve a riddle to proceed to the final parkour section.
Aesthetics[edit]
The map begins in a vanilla outside area with the exception of a man-made mountain the player climbs. Once the player falls, they quickly enter a nether fortress themed area with several posts that have skulls on top of them. After the fortress area with a few normal cave sections, the player takes another plunge into a frozen cave area sporting large chunks of cobwebs, ice, and other blue blocks. The puzzle takes place in a simple stone brick room, and the last climb has several different kinds of mining equipment, chains, and platforms in a stone brick hole.
Hardcore[edit]
One Bad Fall was built due to a call for maps that would go into Hardcore 11.0. This map was one of the many chosen to be used for Hardcore, and was one of three choices for the third Endurance section map (HC-9-C) with the others being Citrus and Blue Palace. It remained this way for Hardcore 11.1.
This map was then rotated back into FFA for Hardcore 12.0.

Trivia[edit]
- There are several different secrets built around the map, usually accessed by doing obscured parkour. One such instance is the green campsite at the beginning.
