1 refers to the difficulty color (e.g. white).
2 refers to the map name (e.g. Factory).
3 refers to the map's Main Type (Parkour, Maze, Puzzle, or Adventure).
4, 5, and 6 refer to the names of the map creators.
7 refers to the difficulty name.
8 refers to rows of that difficulty.
9 refers to extra ending/multi-level footnote.
If 8 is blank it will not initiate a new row-spanning difficulty box.
