Halls of Vibrance is a pure maze map by Zatharel. It rewards 7 FFA Points upon completion, and can be joined directly using “/c join hov”.

General

Gameplay

This map consists of a few different mazes, with the progression between mazes unique compared to other maps. The first maze has the player run through corridors, many leading to balconies around the fish tank in the middle.

The second maze is a bit more straightforward than the first. The player must run through a time consuming (but not necessarily difficult) glass maze. In four places around the maze, the player can enter side rooms, decorated to look like different biomes.

The third maze sees the player maneuvering through a few large rooms filled with seemingly randomly placed blocks. At the end, the player will find themselves in the fish tank, where they must search for the exit to the map.

Aesthetics

The maze takes on a rainbow theme. The middle of the map uses dull colored blocks like end stone, while the areas surrounding the middle are multi-colored.

The first maze has hallways of different color palettes. There are green hallways, containing blocks such as hay; red hallways, containing blocks such as mushroom blocks; yellow hallways, containing blocks such as hay bales; and blue hallways, containing blocks such as light blue concrete. The rest of the maze uses rainbow palettes of wool, glass and concrete.

Challenges

Halls of Vibrance is featured in only one challenge: Hexa. It's possible it will be added to TULIP in the future, however.
