After completing the first 3 rooms, the player falls into a room with eight chests in it, which each chest activates a redstone repeater. After this room, the player reaches the last part of the map, which branches out into four different rooms, and requires the player to complete each room, signifying the completion with a turned off redstone lamp next to its respective room. 7x7 is a pure puzzle map by MCPDGamer. It rewards 4 FFA Points upon completion, and can be joined directly using “/c join 7x7”.

General

Gameplay

The entire map consists of redstone-related puzzles, starting from more simple puzzles, and gradually becoming more difficult. After completing the first 3 rooms, the player falls into a room with eight chests in it, which each chest activates a redstone repeater. After this room, the player reaches the last part of the map, which branches out into four different rooms, and requires the player to complete each room, signifying the completion with a turned off redstone lamp next to its respective room. Upon turning off all four lamps, the four iron doors under the main room will be open, leading to the end.

Aesthetics

The map mostly consists of compact, square-shaped rooms, in a 7x7 grid. The first two rooms consist of quartz pillars and quartz blocks with "I" shaped indentures on the walls, the rail puzzle consists of dungeon-like blocks such as mossy cobblestone and cracked stone bricks, the chest puzzle consists of blocks that correspond to the chests near them, and the final four rooms consist of varying palettes, each with their own unique theme.
