Like Template:Lts and {{Tlsp}} for up to three parameters, used in template lists adding links in the same style as {{Lts/}} and {{Tlrow}}. See above for an example what it does.
Template:Lts now covers the formerly separate Tetlp, Tnetlp, and Tnetl.
