Some [[maps]], due to [[Board]], denomination ballots, or other reasons, are not in [[FFA]] or [[Hardcore]], which are the two primary areas maps can be. [[Mount Minr]] serves as a bucket where most maps get put when they aren't meant for the general public but are not scrapped, either. Green+ [[ranks]] and Blues that make it to the weave in [[Hardcore#Version 12.0|Hardcore 12.0]] can access these maps.

There are five kinds of Mount Minr maps:
*[[:Category:Archive|The Archives]], which refers to maps that have been denominated from FFA. These include [[Biome Parkour]], [[Sky Parkour]], and [[Troll Kingdom]].
*[[:Category:Summit|The Summit]], which refers to maps that were deemed by Board to be too hard for FFA. These include [[Fantasy Islands]], [[Ultra Turning Point]], and [[Wolf's Fun Sky Parkour]].
*[[:Category:Workshop|The Workshop]], which refers to maps that did not pass Board or were taken out of FFA due to creator decision. These include [[Chutes & Ladders]], [[Polymerase]], and [[The Labyrinth]].
*[[:Category:Funhouse|The Funhouse]], which refers to maps that are remakes of other maps and joke maps that are not intended for FFA. These include [[Happy Fun Time Tower of Vertical Ascension and Grandure!]], [[Factoricky]], [[Wolly Mammoth 2]], and [[Desert Bus]].
*[[:Category:Canyon|The Canyon]], which refers to maps that arrived in Mount Minr for other various reasons. These include [[Ninja Warrior Training Course]], [[Knowledge]], and [[The Tunnels 2]].
