Blitz was initially made and published to [[FFA]] in early 2012. It was used in two [[Hardcore]] versions: Hardcore 2.0 and Hardcore 2.1 as one of two options for the third map (the other being [[Zara's Dark Maze]]). Due to the plugin Falsebook retiring, the map was removed from FFA for several years. It wasn't until June 9, 2017 with [[scripts]] that it would re-enter FFA.
