Ashen Resin is a pure parkour [[Maps|map]] by ItsPoekie that rewards 2 [[Points|FFA Points]] when completed. Use "/join ashr" to join the map directly.

== General ==
=== Gameplay ===
The parkour is nearly all normal jumps that do not require sharp turns to go from one jump to another. There are a few slime jumps scattered throughout the map as well.

The map has two middle checkpoints. Falling off the map does not kill the player, however, and instead brings them to the most recent checkpoint they passed by (or the start of the map if the player has not reached checkpoint 1 yet). This means that checkpoint signs are mainly useful for respawning via a command or for plugin-related actions such as suspending a [[Challenges|challenge]].

=== Aesthetics ===
The map is made of mostly gray blocks (gray concrete powder, gray concrete, gray wool, etc.) and orange resin highlights. Pale oak blocks are used to create the white trees on several sky islands. The island undersides have pale hanging moss, and the topsides are decorated with black candles, blackstone buttons, closed eyeblossoms, chains, and resin clumps. There is one section that involves jumping through a star ring as well.
