Oculus v3 is a pure parkour map by MaxLovesFrogs that rewarded 25 FFA Points when it was in FFA. It is now in Mount Minr, so only players with access can use "/join ocu3" to join the map directly.

General

Gameplay

The map starts with several one-jump rooms. Halfway through, the player teleports to a large sky area with endurance parkour becoming the focus. Parkour includes neos, cobwebs, snow layers, and more varieties of jumps.

Aesthetics

The map has a different aesthetic for each of the one-jump rooms and the sky section.

• Jump 1 is in a birch and spruce room with a stone-filled floor.
• Jump 2 is in a frozen cave with soul lanterns.
• Jump 3 is a taiga area with a fossil sticking out of the ground.
• Jump 4 is in a library area with several armorstands eating cake.
• Jump 5 is in the interior of a large Minecraft cake.
• Jump 6 is in a stone brick dungeon with iron bars and lantern.
• The second half takes place in the sky with several clouds, hot air balloons, and a large blimp where the end of the map is.

Map Series

Oculus v3 is the third of six maps in the Oculus map series. The first three were created over time to become a trilogy, while the fourth and fifth maps were made for Mount Minr. For a brief time, the sixth map was in FFA, but it was removed due to violating The Map Model.

Trivia
